Party Themes
Are you thinking about organising a dress up or costume party? Why not leave all the work to us. At Sydney DJ Hire we'll do it all for you. We'll organise your DJ dressed in the theme for the event, we'll have a plasma or projector displaying movies, images, music videos relating to your theme. We'll bring wall decorations, scene setters, posters and life size celebrity cardboard cut-outs which are great for photos.
Christmas Theme
Why not liven up your end of year celebrations with some of our custom decorations and ideas, Christmas time is a time for giving and letting your hair down. The Xmas theme revolves around Christmas trees, Mistletoe, Santa hats/ costumes, Winter Wonderland and Candy Canes.
70s / Disco Theme
The 70s theme is one of our favourites, its mirror balls, bean bags, shag rugs, roller skating, disco dancing, platform shoes, bell bottoms, afros, lava lamps, earthy colours like orange, green and wood veneer. ABBA, Saturday Night Fever and Bee Gees is the style.
80s Theme
What is a 80s theme? Its bright colours, posters of 80s stars such as Michael Jackson, George Michael, Madonna, Prince, Cyndi Lauper etc, bad hair, shoulder pads, oversized tops, start wars, arcade machines.
Casino / Las Vegas Theme
Our Casino and Las Vegas theme is Poker players, poker chips, dollar sign necklaces, gold jewellery, walking sticks, pimp or gangster suits for men and feather boas or showgirl costumes for the ladies. We add flair to your event with posters, casino themed cut-outs and bright lights.
Egyptian Theme
Egyptian parties involve a desert atmosphere, ancient Kings and Queens of the Egypt - Cleopatra, King Tutankhamen, and Queen Nefertiti. Everything is usually decorated in white and gold, we have images and decorations of pyramids, tombs, hieroglyphics, mummies, and camels.
Hawaiian Theme
The Hawaiian theme is simple and fun, the Hawaiian theme about the beach, its bikinis, board shorts, thongs, grass skirts, sand, surf boards, colourful flowers, piñatas, and hula dancers. The decorations will have a tropical feel with lots of colour.
Salsa / Fiesta Theme
The Salsa fiesta theme is all about bright dresses, senoritas, mariachi's, facial hair, wide brim hats, Sombreros, Maracas, colourful ponchos, tequila, piñatas, cactus, Macarena, Brazilian carnival costumes, The decorations will be reds and yellows, Brazilian, Mexican and Cuban images.
